Wojciech Kowalczyk

He gained his professional experience working for major food producers globally. In 2016 he set up his own business EQS International, a company operating in the field of Quality Assurance and Business Excellence which cooperates with world-class certification bodies and major FMCG companies across Europe, i.e. Tesco, Marks and Spencer, McDonalds, Burger King. With the track record of more than 500 audits performed in this sector, his key skills are identifying weak spots, problem solving and adding value to the process. As a Lead Auditor for SAI GLOBAL, he is expanding international development of businesses, consulting and implementing QMS.

While making his MBA at University of Life Sciences in Warsaw he was leading international projects related to Sustainable Development and together with his team created the world’s first sustainability report for KSC S.A capital group. He shares his knowledge related to Quality Management and Innovation during lectures at the Warsaw School of Economics and University of Warmia and Mazury. At STARVISORY he supports startups and investors in designing, implementing and executing sustainable development objectives of their projects globally.

Wojciech holds the MBA Degree – Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Master’s Degree in Food Technology and Human Nutrition, PhD Candidate in Management and Finance.
